Company history

The Story of Femtobeam LLC ...

is the story of the past half century and this turn of the century of invention. Robin L. Ore can tell a fascinating story of her own experiences as an entrepreneur on the leading edge of technology and science. Her search for the secrets of light for large screen image display systems and her knowledge as a pioneer in HDTV has led her to the development of her light sources for biotechnology. Her former professional career in medicine as a pediatric intensive care nurse has prepared her for a diversified career managing advanced research projects. She has been under contract with some of the largest companies in the United States and has managed advanced R&D teams, including Dr. Hall and Westinghouse teams in the 1980's. She has been the keynote speaker at most of the major trend setting conferences on the subject of HDTV and has herself integrated technology. She was the primary tester and evaluator of LSID systems at the beginning of the projector industry and has been at the forefront of developments in the laboratories. Long before it is known of in the news, Robin was speaking with them on the phone.

Her travels took her to the Caribbean, where she became an avid diver and learned firsthand about the ocean. She created several large scale festivals there and helped build lasting legacies for the people of the Caribbean nations. She travelled to Japan as a guest of Dr. Sugimoto and was the first American and the first woman to see HDTV in the labs. She travelled all over the United States with leaders in the fiber optic and satellite industries. She spent time with her partner, Stan Durwood, preventing takeovers and meeting with the leaders of the Entertainment Industry. She lived in Paris, France for 10 years and developed relationships with leaders in Europe, including Philips, Cable and Wireless, Alcatel and others. After returning to the US, she pursued her own inventions and projects, crisscrossing the country, measuring her lamps and learning what she needed to know. She also worked with Lockheed Martin Chief Scientist of the High Altitude Airship, Dr. Charles Lavan. She has been an advisor to senior decision makers and government officials. Her own difficulties as an entrepreneur in high technology were the main reason for the formation of Femtobeam LLC. She wants to help other struggling inventors. Now in the stages leading up to mass manufacturing, her competitive strategic plan for Femtobeam LLC will rock the world!
